Service Description

SORRY! THIS CLASS IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD WHILE WE WORK ON NEW FITNESS OPTIONS. Think of this as your pop-up outdoor gym with all the equipment you need and your own four week program provided. This strength building, muscle toning circuit class will give you the opportunity to use weights and bodyweight over a four week time-frame. Limited to eight people for trainer to attendee support, you'll get your own program to fill in so that you can track your progress each week and challenge yourself to work a little harder each time. This class is perfect for you if you: 1. Do a lot of cardio and want a more balanced fitness regime with a resistance work-out in between, or you... 2. Want an extra day to add on to bootcamps for faster fitness progress, or... 3. Are new to exercise and want a low-impact session (no jumping, running etc) where you can focus on building muscle stability and strength, and have group support at the same time. Book all four classes in this four week program to have a guaranteed spot, accountability to show up, and your own program to track your efforts each week. Note: This class will have the same stations each week so you can progressively improve the exercises.
