Make a goal with your friends, and help each other stick to it! This option is a great way to get the benefits of 1-on-1 personal training, at an affordable price, PLUS... you'll have the extra motivation and comradery of your training partner/s. Groups are for 2 - 4 people to maximise trainer-to-client attention. PRICING: 2x People: $80 ($40.00 each) 3x People: $90 ($30.00 each) 4x People: $100 ($25.00 each) Tailor made to suit each individual in the session - no matter the varying fitness levels. However, it does help if you're all training towards the same goal (e.g. increasing cardio fitness, weight loss, building strength, or training for a specific event or sport). Each participant will get their own personalised six week plan, with weekly training sessions scheduled at times that suit all members. * Go on then - round up your friends for some seriously focused (yet fun) training, and set the goal! *A minimum of 6 weeks commitment and first three sessions required as a deposit.
