This fun and accountable workout is perfect for all levels of fitness and is designed to give you that necessary dose of high-intensity training in just 25 minutes. Join me at the end of each week and let's finish strong together! Note: This workout builds up to a high intensity training zone and incorporates recovery breaks, so you won't be at your max intensity for the whole 25 minutes.
